[BUG?] auto-logout while actively doing something

Unless you've been able to reproduce this since, I would think the
issue here was due to a deployment issue, likely the server/service
being restarted. You'd probably be able to figure this out by
contacting the admins of that instance to see if they were doing any
work at that time.
