git-pw v1.4.0 available

We're delighted to announce the release of git-pw v1.4.0:

This is the fourth minor release of git-pw. This version adds support
for filtering by submitter or user IDs, re-adds support for search by
submitter names and emails or user emails when using Patchwork API
v1.1, and allows submitter or user filters to match on more than one
submitter or user. For more information, refer to the documentation
[1].

As always, we welcome your feedback. Please let us know here or in the
bugtracker [2] if there's anything we can do to make git-pw better to
use.
