Patchwork confused by multipart e-mails

Hello,

Some people send multipart e-mails, with a plain text part and a HTML
part, and this confuses patchwork. I don't think it was happening
before, so it seems like a regression from the recent (last few months)
patchwork updates, even though I'm not 100% positive about this.
