Anyone care for Django 1.11 in 2.0?

It's all good :)

Regarding 1.11: while the performance issue is a big deal, there's also
the fact that Django REST Framework (DRF) doesn't officially support
Django 1.11 yet. DRF 3.7.0 isn't expected until the end of July [1] and
we can't wait for that. Even if the performance issues are a non-issue
or can be resolved, I think we're better off cutting with Django 1.10
and including 1.11 support in Patchwork 2.1. Thoughts?

Cheers,
Stephen
