Did you run the './manage.py collectstatic' command before restarting the httpd
service? Hopefully that's all that's missing, because I have limited to no
exposure with apache2+mod_wsgi (I favour nginx+uwsgi). I should be able to get
help from OpenStack folks tomorrow though, if necessary.
