Patchwork v2.0.0-rc3 Available

Hi all,

py[23].patchwork.dja.id.au updated.

My next step is to set up a patchwork v1 instance and check migration. I
had wanted to do this for a while but it slipped my mind.

As always, feel free to throw your API clients against these instances
and let me know if you need credentials/privs/whatever.
