Patchwork displays incorrect submitter name

Indeed, that pretty much looks like my issue. It might be that Patchwork
has seen my name once without my first two names and then stored that
forever. I actually already suspected exactly that.

Oh, btw, Linus Torvalds himself actually asked me to report this issue
with Patchwork and get it fixed. Because of this bug, he had to create
a .mailmap entry for me in the Linux source tree.

So, I'd be very grateful if you could backport the fix :).
