Sorry - I thought you were making use of some rST features in your much improved "Series v2" series, but on closer inspection I don't think you are. Could you enlighten me here if I'm incorrect?

The markdown document is the last patch of series. It is possible to review and hopefully merge the first five of these while we iron out the details of the sixth?
