Note that I only include Python 3.4 support, as this includes features
I require (Mail.as_bytes, for example) and is the provided version on
my distro (Frdora). We can add Python 3.5 soon, but for now I'd like to
know if anyone *needs* Python 3.x,x<4 support or Python 2.6 support. If
so, there are a few more changes that will probably be needed.
