Hosting additional projects?

Jeremy/All,

I've just noticed the sheer amount of projects hosted at 'patchwork.ozlabs.org'. Is there a protocol for getting a new one added? I ask because the Open vSwitch patchwork instance is down with ~9 months and they don't have a maintainer to fix it. This is discussed here:

I think everyone would love to see a running instance once again. Is this something you'd consider?
