I just want to say that we (the Buildroot project,
http://buildroot.org) are also interested in seeing such a feature in
patchwork.

Of course, this should come together with a solution that allows to
delegate patches to people who are not "admin" in patchwork (patches
for this have already been posted, but I don't know if they have been
merged or not).
