Patch tracking might be broken

Hi,

I encountered a problem with patch tracking. There is a reworked patch
which did not made it's way to mailing list, but the Reviewed-by answer
did. So we have a superseded patch which gets Reviewed-by credits but
the credits where supposed to be for another one, which is not available
on patchwork.
