help for getting the garbled Submitter right

Hi，

I find the submitter of  my patch in qemu patchwork, https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/393753/,
is garbled.

Garbled submitter of “=?ISO-8859-1?B?MjFH?=<mailto:gordongong0350 at gmail.com>”, means that iso-8859-1 could not decode rightly,  but
I could not get it done through the google.

I send this patch with git sendemail via smtp of gmail. My LANG is “en_US.UTF-8”, and the language of
Gmail is English.

Could you guys give me some advice to fix it, thank you very much.
