All looks good - I've applied the series (including 5/n and 6/n) and
pushed. Thanks for contributing!

I've made one change:

Because I needed to git-am a set of patches, and needed to preserve the
argument order. Is there any potential problem (other not filtering
duplicate patches) with this?
