Bogus accounts in patchwork

Hi Ralf,

we're seeing the same at the patchwork instance at coreboot.org. I had
some really hacky scripts using shady heuristics which worked rather
well (still two clicks per account, but not as horrible as manual
feels-like-twenty-clicks deletion. Will try to dig them up, but if
anyone else has a more comfortable working solution, please tell me.
