[PATCH 1/5] docs: update MySQL documentation bits

The MySQL documentation bits where missing a few important details for
installation setup to succeed like:

- having proper python-mysqldb support
- overriding the DATABASE_ENGINE to "mysql" for django to succeed in the
  "syncdb" operation
