Default filter status of patch lists

Hi all,

I've had a change requested a couple of times: that bundles don't have
any filters applied by default.

Currently, all patch list have a set of default filters applied - "not
archived" and "in an action-required" state. This can be a little
confusing when passing links around to "finished" bundles. For example,
davem's current stable patches:

 http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/bundle/davem/stable/

which seems to indicate that there are no patches in the bundle;
however, they're just all in the Accepted state:

 http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/bundle/davem/stable/?state=*

So - anyone mind if I update the default filters on the bundle views, so
that all patches are displayed?
