pwclient: Filter by delegate not working

Hello,

are there any known problems with "filter by delegate"?  No matter
which delegate string I pass, I always get an empty list of patches
returned?  [I'm using the "u-boot" project data here.]


BTW - is there a way to test for delegate == 'None' ?
