repository: missing commits after forced update in origin/master

Hi Paul,

I had to get some new patches in urgently (to support SSL on 
patchwork.kernel.org), and didn't want to force an update with Martin's 
patches.

The old head was moved to a local 'devel' branch, while I work on it (ie, it 
will be rebased while I'm doing that). Do you want this branch added to the 
public git repo?
