How to create a project?

I just finished my first patchwork install and I feel like this is
a silly question, but I searched and tried and could not answer it:

How does one create a project in a new patchwork install? I tried
with a user that had auth_user.is_staff and auth_user.is_superuser
set, but nowhere could I find a way to create a new project. :(
