Do you keep track of who changes the state of a patch? For example, if I set a patch to 'Changes Requested' it might be nice for me to see all such patches that I did that for to see if the changes got made or not. This would also imply having some state to put a patch after 'Changes Requested', maybe 'Changes made'. - k
