[OpenPower-Firmware] [PATCH] skiroot_defconfig: Remove VirtIO and Solarflare

Remove drivers that apparently are not being used:
  * Solarflare
  * VirtIO-related drivers

Other changes are related to linux-update-defconfig reorganizing
options for this new kernel.
