[OpenPower-Firmware] [PATCH 0/4] kernel: add FADump awareness in petitboot kernel

Leveraging MPIPL feature, FADump support is added in upstream kernel
(v5.4) for OPAL based platforms. To fulfill this support, petitboot
kernel needs to be made FADump aware (config PRESERVE_FA_DUMP). So,
enable 'config PRESERVE_FA_DUMP' in skiboot defconfig.

Also, backport relevant patches to v5.3 stable release (v5.3.1) till
petitboot kernel is rebased to 5.4 version.
