[OpenPower-Firmware] Insufficient space on PNOR

Hi,

I try to build a PNOR image for VESNIN server with the latest hostboot
(master-p8) with commit "Add Supprt for Attribute/Targeting Read/Write
Partition":
https://github.com/open-power/hostboot/commit/c35645e2d863e37a4356d141713e082505c51e94

But the build process failed with error:

How can I fix this?
