This is the first tag in the op-build-v1.10.y series. It's an update to
op-bulid v1.10.

Release notes:

This is a minor update to the op-build v1.10 release. It is intended as
a base for any service packs for 1.10 based builds. Those working on new
platforms should use the latest op-build release (1.12 as of writing)
and not this release.

    Update capp-ucode
    scripts: Include BTC binary for radeon cards
    petitboot: Update setting of kernel log level
    scripts: Drop support for CAICOS cards
