OpenBMC add meta-zephyr for AST2700 A2

Hi Patrick,

Could you help us add meta-zephyr into OpenBMC?
AST2700 A2 the BootMCU changed from SPL to Zephyr. Because of this change, we need meta-zephyr integrated in the OpenBMC build.
