OpenBMC Individual CLA Resubmission - ksypassion

I am resubmitting my Individual Contributor License Agreement for OpenBMC.

I originally submitted my CLA on December 7, 2022, but it appears it was
not processed in the system.
I am currently unable to contribute to OpenBMC repositories due to "User
not approved" status.

I am attaching a newly signed CLA document with this email.
