Help needed with OpenBMC Gerrit account merge

these 2 emails in our gerrit server, I don't see a valid account for your
tmanish.in+openbmc at gmail.com  email. Please be sure to follow the steps up

for that new github account. Once you have a valid account in gerrit I can
remove your previous email and account and you can add it back in if you
wish to your new account (although you're basically using the same gmail
account with both of those emails).
