It's time to build Zephyr Kernel WG in OpenBMC.

Hi all,
This is Kuiying(Kwin) Wang. I am BMC Architecture of Alibaba Cloud and OpenBMC maintainer.
We have finished the DDR-Less BMC chip which is the world's first LiteBMC runs OpenBMC FW.
We have finished the Zephyr based OpenBMC runs on LiteBMC (DDR-less).
I shared the whole idea and the practice in Alibaba Cloud at this OSFC.
Both Zephyr and OpenBMC are the popular community. This marks the first intersection of these two areas. 
OpenBMC could leverage Zephyr kernel expend into LiteBMC domain. 
Now, It's time to build Zephyr Kernel WG in OpenBMC community. We can have a detail talking on the architure, implementation and its advantage/contribute to the AI server evolution. Especially in the DPU/GPU node domain area.
