Hello! As per OpenBMC contributing guide[1] I am required to sign an ICLA
to be allowed to send patches to Gerrit and do other contributions. Please,
find an attachment of a scan of the ICLA document[1] printed and signed by
me, Vladimir Novikov, as an individual contributor, in this email.

Please, let me know if I did something incorrectly and have to re-do it in
a different way. Thanks!
