Just like the other patch, this is pretty much a copy of the old
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/hwmon/ina2xx.txt (prior to its conversion
to .yaml). There is no public documentation of this chip. If it exists,
it very much looks like a clone of the TI chips. Either case,
new devicetree bindings are only acceptable in .yaml form.
