The design of multiple VLAN at OpenBMC

Hi Kenny,
You can have multiple VLAN on the same interface, I don't see we have
a restriction on the number of VLANs.
It is up to the system admin, How many VLANs do they need? In a
typical scenario, it should not be more than a single VLAN.
