IMA & EVM support for OpenBMC

Hello!

  I just wanted to let you know that I have sent a series of patches to gerrit
that first fix the current IMA & EVM support and then provide optional enforcement
support for it for the ast2600 board.

  I will send most of these patches to the meta-security layer's mailing list.
However, OpenBMC helps to test these in a real-world environment first.
