[PATCH linux dev-5.10] ARM:dts:kudo: Re-config GPIO pins in dts

Modified dts for Fii kudo project to match the current
configuration in the Fii kudo kernel dts
1-Re-config gpio pins based on hardware request
2-Add tla2024 device
3-Change compatible driver max34440 to max34451
4-Define S1_PRESENT_CPLD_N to support cpu present in Entity Manager
5-Add Nuvoton BMC NPCM BIOS post code (BPC) driver
6-Update SPI3: assign max frequency to 20MHz
7-Update I2C: set I2C clock speed to 100KHz
