Ok, so your platform is in S0 state and peci client device registering failed.
Could you confirm that doing:
$ peci_cmds ping
fails?
If it does - are you sure that your BMC has physical PECI wire connection with
the CPU? If PECI is not connected - there's not much we can do from BMC software
perspective.
