VR upgrade

Team,
I am planning to start support for other device firmware upgrade in phosphor-software-manager.  It will be under “type=other” in manifest file. There will be extraversion field which will identify actual device. I will send more details on my design changes.

If I remember correctly there was someone named Mike who was developing backend for VRs upgrade, please send details of your implementation.
