IPMI boot flags

Hello!
What is the initial state of IPMI boot flags? (IPMI spec, pdf page
422: https://www.intel.ru/content/www/ru/ru/products/docs/servers/ipmi/ipmi-second-gen-interface-spec-v2-rev1-1.html)
This corresponds to <Get System Boot Options> chassis function
("ipmiChassisGetSysBootOptions" with "bootOptionParameter=bootFlags":
https://github.com/openbmc/phosphor-host-ipmid/blob/master/chassishandler.cpp).
I don't see any JSON control for boot flag values. And they contain
some important information as Legacy vs EFI boot.
