BIOS version is implemented here in bmcweb:

It looks for the 
xyz.openbmc_project.Software.Version.VersionPurpose.Host interface and 
the functional association to determine "BiosVersion"

I don't see a place in the Redfish spec for the CPLD version, I could 
have missed it though. If it is indeed something that needs added to
