cannot monitor the system hardware power-on

hello,
I use palmetto code to monitor the power-on status of the monitoring system hardware. While the BMC is running, we cannot monitor the system hardware power-on, but restarting the BMC during the system hardware power-on, we can monitor the system power-on. For this problem, can you give me some suggestions.
