system is hang during uboot with wolfpass recipe firmware

Dear All
    I build openbmc recipies with https://github.com/Intel-BMC/openbmc/tree/intel/meta-openbmc-mods/meta-wolfpass/conf.
    And got 64M size firmware.
    Then put it into flash of real board.
    Unfortunately, I got these tips during uboot phase:

After error tip：Error: FTGMAC100#1 address not set. 
The system is hang and can not go ahead.


How can I solve this problem, please help me.
