Adding new system in OpenBMC

Hi,

I am in the process of adding new system, wanted to confirm if below link is latest?https://github.com/openbmc/docs/blob/master/development/add-new-system.md
(stuff like entity manager, etc are not documented in above link)

It would be of great help if someone can point to any latest machine for reference (AST2500 based).
