What is the proper way to build https://github.com/openbmc for Intel's Wolf Pass (S2600WF)?

With Intel-BMC's https://github.com/Intel-BMC on hiatus, what is the proper way to build https://github.com/openbmc for Wolf Pass (S2600WF) that makes a functional OpenBMC that offers IPMI, Power and Chassis control?

The last update was Jan. 7, 2020 for https://github.com/Intel-BMC.
