webui: setting Boot.Mode and Boot.Source

I believe it is scheduled for October 2019. Would you be interested in
providing feedback and co-creating the GUI design? We can schedule a 30
minute conversation to review the current design proposal and talk about
how it can be improved to best meet your needs.
