phosphor-pid-control about commit "Add Fan Redundancy Support"

Hi James,
	We have some problems with phosphor-pid-control about commit "Add Fan Redundancy Support" as follows, 
    1. How the interface "xyz.openbmc_project.Control.FanRedundancy" to be created and where can I find it ?
    2. What kind of situation will change the property Status of xyz.openbmc_project.Control.FanRedundancy to fail ?
	3. Where can I set sensors of property Collection ?
