KVM Support - host display dormant or disconnected

Hi Eddie,
     Have you updated the ikvm driver code  recently？
  I found an new issue:
The https://xxxx/#/kvm screen can't show anything of the host when the host display dormant or the host disconnect to one display device.
The ikvm only show the host screen when the host screen is active.
