Test case "Verify Get Device ID" in openbmc-test-automation

Hi Rahul,

Reference to https://github.com/openbmc/openbmc-test-automation/issues/1244

Case "Verify Get Device ID" is system specific. But it verify mc info by hard code currently.
We would like to be able to validate this case against different systems.

Here is our solution:
Retrieve the "Device ID", "Device Revision", "Manufacturer ID" and "Product ID"
by parsing the file dev_id.json in BMC.
Then verify the items in mc info respectively.
