SLPD multicast support

Hi Deng,

Yes, Currently openbmc support SLP unicast not multicast.
eg: SLP command for unicast.
slptool -u ${ip} findsrvtypes or findsrvs
If you are really looking for the service discovery, OpenBMC supports Avahi.
eg: avahi-browse -rt _obmc_rest._tcp
