phosphor-ipmi-kcs(kcsbridge) is not included in image.

I ran into the same issue a while ago and didn't have the bandwidth at
the time to debug it.
I ended up explicitly adding the appropriate package to my images via:
meta-MACHINENAME/recipes-phosphor/image/obmc-phosphor-image.bbappend
OBMC_IMAGE_EXTRA_INSTALL_append_MACHINENAME = " phosphor-ipmi-kcs"
