OpenBMC version 2.7 run in target S2600WF shows BMC not ready(xyz.openbmc_project.State.BMC.BMCState.NotReady)

Hi,

I am new to OpenBMC😊

Currently I compiled OpenBMC tag 2.7-0 with machine target S2600WF( as I have only wolfpass server in hand), and flash it to a real S2600WF server.
After it boot up I try to power on the host but found the “Server power operations” page shows “There are no power operations to display”, and
In shell the obmcutil state shows following:
root at s2600wf:~# obmcutil state
CurrentBMCState     : xyz.openbmc_project.State.BMC.BMCState.NotReady
CurrentPowerState   : xyz.openbmc_project.State.Chassis.PowerState.Off
Error finding '/xyz/openbmc_project/state/host0' service: No such file or directory

And “obmcutil bmcstate” shows following:
root at s2600wf:~# obmcutil bmcstate
CurrentBMCState     : xyz.openbmc_project.State.BMC.BMCState.NotReady

And systemctl –list-jobs shows following:
root at s2600wf:~# systemctl list-jobs  --no-pager

Could someone help to give some guiding about investigation direction?
