dbus-sensors repo

Hi Brad,

With there being more interest in the dbus-sensors project in 
s2600wf-misc, would it be possible to create a new repo for this project 
so it would be easier for others to use?

The main difference of this project and phosphor-hwmon is that it is 
configurable from d-bus using entity-manager and uses sdbusplus::asio to 
monitor sensors asynchronously. It also has support for Peci based Cpu 
sensors that need to be dynamically added during runtime based on the 
Kernel implementation. It provides the sensor value, sensor threshold, 
FanPWM, and FanRedundancy interfaces currently.
